Follow the road straight ahead until you reach the Pokemon Center. You can check your minimap at the bottom-right corner of your screen to see if you are still on the road leading to Zapapico.

Trade for Items to Evolve Charcadet

By trading collecting either Bronzong Fragments and Sinistea Chips, you can evolve your Charcadet to either Armarouge or Ceruledge. We recommend getting to Zapapico as quickly as posible, so that you can evolve your Charcadet as soon as you have the required material.
